So it is the summer time and I find it easier to lose weight when the sun is shining and it is easy to get outside. I am about 6 pounds away from a goal weight for this year. So I am going to hunker down and work on exercise and eating correctly for the next 14 days to just get the numbers to move downward. It would be nice if I could get rid of the whole 6 but 4 would be fine. I have been reading the various articles and it is clear that I need to increase my exercise by about 300 calories a day and keep the calories going in to about 1400-1500. Now is a good time because there are no holidays, big family events or food focused parties.
Focus, focus, focus is my mantra for a short while.
