Day 2 Staying on Track - Personal Check In

It's been Day 2 in accomplishing my small goals; and I am so freakin proud of myself! I didn't think I could do it, but I actually did it. Funny how you never know what you're capable of until you really challenge yourself... geez!

It's been the second day without mindless snacking/emotional eating on salty/sweet processed snacks (you know, chips, chocolate, ice cream, fro-yo, donuts; my go to guilty pleasure - I can eat them non stop anytime). It's even harder at nights but so far, my snack consists of sweet fruits (especially watermelon) and a cup of tea at night (Teavana's Lavender Dreams with a tsp. of German Rock Sugar; curbs my cravings).

I'm not even worried about the scale right now; I'm just happy I didn't pick up empty calorie food so far. Whew... I'll keep referring back to my blog last Thurs as a constant reminder that I can do it.
