Had blog all done and tried to submit, but having Internet trouble. Just another thing today.
I can do the second 1/2 of the 60 day summer challenge, because I have completed the first 1/2 by tracking nutrition and exercise most days. Most days I have come out with a negative differential ( thanks Donna for sharing this). That has encouraged the days that the calorie count was over the recommended levels.
I also appreciate a time that I cam be on the same page, spiritually & physically, as well as in the middle of the night some nights.
