Hello all pedometer crazies,
I don't leave home without mine!
It's do I have my keys, my phone, my pedometer!

But beware!
Bathrooms can eat them up when you're in a hurry
Luckily I was at home and Lysol did the trick!

Just a reminder! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Great idea for the "Walk across America" virtual trip! I can relate regarding fitbit, water, cell and keys! I try to attach my fitbit to my bra every morning and for most clothes it doesn't show through. My cell phone bounced across the floor last week (undamaged) - I imagine it will see a bathroom floor or worse. emoticon

What a great idea about a map. Wonder how many miles I could go before the challenge ends? I know what you mean. Since I got my Fitbit, I feel like when I leave my cell phone at home, uneasy! Someone said on their blog, basically get over it because you are still walking! emoticon

I mapped out the American Discovery Trail and with a starting point on the east coast I kept track of my pedometer steps along a virtual journey to walk across America.
It took me 4 years of tracking steps to follow the trail from east coast to St. Louis...
I lost about 4 or 5 pedometers through the laundry, toilet, outdoors etc. It was a great exercise to see what those steps mean in miles and what those miles meant in terms of distance. I highly recommend to use a real map and sketch a transforming mileage trail of all those local steps you are making.... it will blow your mind!

i'll leave a link below my vlog
