The heatwave definitely killed my outdoor training this past week - NO EXCUSES...just saying!
I have not ran outdoors since Monday morning. The rest of the week, I made sure to strength train, walk with Leslie, circuit train with Jillian and stretch. It was definitely out of my comfort zone since I had been so use to being outdoors; not like I was snowed in.
Anyway, I am hoping to get my groove back now that the heat wave is supposed to be gone in the morning. My eating has been okay; not the best - must confess as it is good for the soul. My water has been average and my motivation has not left just curbed! I am NOT giving up just having to switch up this last week before my
Here's the plan...
Sunday: WALK 6mi (I should be running 7mi by now but won't dwell I will start again just by walking the distance then work up to running it *again*)
Monday: STRETCH & STRENGTH TRAIN
Wednesday: RUN 5MI
Thursday: WALK 3MI
Eat better and keep on drinking more water...and definitely keep spreading the Spark!!!
