Today is off to a great start!
After I got off work at 8am, I went to the pool for an hour. Once again, I did a workout that the pool had and I'm not going to lie it was a struggle bus. After my first set of the difficult section, I almost talked myself out of it. I thought it would be too much for my body right now, but I did it and I kicked butt! I started each set at the right time, which is something I often ignore. However, when I follow the workout exactly, it definitely pushes me in a great way. I ended up finishing the set with an extra 13 minutes left (I always like to swim an hour), so I just did some relaxing strokes.
Then, I tried out a new yoga studio. I've decided to commit to making yoga a part of my routine. I love how my muscles feel the next day, and flexibility is very important to me.
Food's been good today, as well. I think one reason why the scale went up the last few days was my sodium content was SO high! Usually, I consume very low sodium - I hate saltiness. Today it's under control so far. Hopefully if I keep today & tomorrow at low-normal levels, my weight will reflect my hard work for my weigh-in on Monday!
