Reflecting on the past 6 weeks of BlC21

Well I have to say that I am disappointed with myself. I am at the exact same weight as I was when I startd this challenge. I hve stuck to my fitness plan and have inreased my run time. I have lost 1 inch off my hips and a inch and a half off my thighs. I am eating better and tracking every day which is great for me. I really pay attention to my calorie intake and can kind of know what I am eating. I am eating healthier and getting more fit but the number on the scale is moving so slowly whne I lose and jumps very quickly when I gain. I can gain 5 lbs. and it takes my 3 to 4 weeks to lose it! So frustrating. But I do have to say that I put my goal of a 10 lb. loss low this time and I have 6 weeks to reach that goal and so far I have never reached a goal that I have set. But I am hoping that I can really push myself and at least get a 9 lb. loss. am doing okay but I can do better. This six weeks will be very busy for me but I am committed to staying super focused on losing those 10 lbs. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated emoticon

    I hear you it can be frustrating playing with the same 5 pounds over & over again I'm finding teh importance of looking for success outside of the scale Look for your NSV and just see how successful you really have been emoticon forward
