After a weigh in this morning showing a 10 lb loss figured I'd share one of my favorite breakfasts on high carb days... Omellette and potatos:
Omellette: 3 egg whites, 1/4 cup 2% cheddar cheese, 3 medium slices of tomato, chopped
Potatos: 3 baby red potatos (6.5 oz total) thinnly sliced and cooked in microwave, topped with 2 tbl Daisy Lite Sour Cream
Seasoned with Mrs Dash Original, "No Salt" and Tobasco
Breakdown...327 cals., 37 carbs, 9 fat, 24 protein.
