I'm a little late getting day 10 up here but better late than never. I'm hoping I can look back on these successful days if I hit a plateau and get a picture of things when they were going right. Of course I know we all hit plateaus but ...
MF chocolate chip pancakes

Part of my lean and green with a small sirloin steak from Applebees and the Green Goddess Wedge Salad with none of the yummy add ons
MF Honey Mustard Pretzels - saved some for dinner
Dinner - I had a fellow Medifaster guest
Steamed Asparagus and Salmon using those leftover pretzels ground in my Ninja and spread over some Dijon Mustard on top of the salmon. It was so delicious I regretted that I used some of my lean at lunchtime. Lesson learned!

I thought I had all my 5 MF but looking at it now I missed one again. Dag....I got to get myself eating earlier.
Saturday, today, I am visiting a friend and talking her lunch. I can't decide what to do to stay on plan myself but I will figure it out. I am too motivated to let myself stray from the straight path yet.
