So far my week has gone well. I haven't gone out of control on the 5 days i am not on the low calorie restriction, but it has allowed me to go up an extra 100-200 calories, if needed and not worry about it. I want the 2 low calorie days to matter and be worth doing, so i am mindful of what I eat the other 5 days.
With all this extreme heat, the other thing I am working on is getting more water in my day. One thing I am doing to make it easier is adding about 4 ounces of diet green ice tea to 20 ounces of water and ice. I like the hint of ice tea flavor over just regular water.
