Day 7 of 50

Days 5 and 6 were super busy but both successful. I stuck to clean eating and stayed in my calorie ranges 100%. I worked 13 hour shifts both days and between that and being a mommy it didn't leave a lot of time for fitness. I did manage to get my 10 minutes of fitness in each day though.. go me.

Today was also a good day. I woke up this morning with a pounding headache and either a cold or sinus infection or both. I feel like poo still but I'll live lol. Anyways since I wasn't feeling good I decided not to run like I had planned. Instead I went on a nice long 70 minute walk outside. It was nice to be out in fresh air even though it was super hot. I also went swimming with my son. As far as eating I stuck to my clean eating plan 100%. I'm very excited. 7 days down, 43 to go.

I'm very confident that I am going to stick to this for the entire 50 days. I feel better, less stressed and more energetic. Days 8 and 9 I'll be working 12 hour night shifts. Ugh. So I won't be blogging. I'm going to pack tomorrow's food for work tonight. Tomorrow I'm going back to the gym. The plan is 30 minutes abs/back then 30 minutes of cardio, running if I feel better, if not probably elliptical. Then Sunday morning I'm just going to stop at the gym on the way home from work so I can get my workout in no excuses. I'll be doing 30 minutes of arms/shoulders then 30 of cardio.
