    This is a good reminder. I had a Wendy's salad this week and noted the 400+ calories. So, I listed the ingredients individually and using only one packet of the dressing and it was much lower - also, they refer to "fat" calories as the oil, nuts and cheese - these are not bad calories - just have to be part of the overall plan. I use half and half in my coffee every day and don't feel guilty about it. I don't know about that turkey leg though - I can't imagine eating one out in public!! emoticon

    a lot of people assume light summer foods have less calories. i enjoy only a few of those items but i geberally try to split them with a friend.
