Yes, unfortunately :( It seems to get the ball rolling :( Do you track your food? If you need to weigh and measure and record everything, maybe you would be more mindful of your portions/calorie intake.. Tracking always has been my wake up call, my slap in the face.. it really works. I don't think I have kept the weight off for two years without it. Good luck getting back on track. 1376 days ago
