Be honest with myself? I'm sucking miserably. I suck at fitness, I do my ST for T/H and that is it. I barely do any other fitness. I eat like a dammnn cookie monster. I hardly have veggies. I love chocolate. Freaking.Love.Chocolate. And snacks. I could eat them all of the time. Due to my schedule I don't cook dinner anymore and DH likes to eat delicious things (ie: italian sausage hoagies with macaroni salad). Delicious, and my entire days worth of cals in one meal.
I've got to change. I've got to TRY. I've got to not be this girl.
