I finished my 14 day streak emoticon, and I have to say I learned a lot in this 14 days about myself emoticon....You figure after 60 years you should had figure it out...NOT. emoticon
The mind and your emotions can either make you or brake your intentions of a healthy living. emoticon
I learned that planning is like a road map when you are going some where, you need to know the route but if you get a detour along the way you find, the road that will take you to the main highway and if you don't feel comfortable doing it on your own follow someone else, but get to your destination. emoticon
I also made myself more aware of how fast I was eating and the reason I was never satisfied. emoticon
And last but not least I'm still measuring and weighting to make sure I stay within my limits. emoticon
I have added few friends along this journey to my SP page and most of you have giving me the one word that turns the emoticon emoticon
Have a great weekend!

Way to go on the 14 day challenge. Isn't it amazing what we can accomplish?? There is just something about a short term challenge that is so doable and makes you ready to tackle another one. emoticon emoticon
