In following the Spark Coach tasks, I was asked to set my date to reach my goal.
The setup process gave me a date in October 2014 to lose over 100 pounds. I would like to give myself a little wiggle room for rough days. I think it would be wonderful to start 2015 at my goal... so I am setting December 31, 2014 as the day I will have reached my goal...
