7: Whole 30 Journey

Drank more water yesterday than I have been drinking as it was really hot and humid outside. Still need to bump up the amount more though!
Today makes 1 week of whole 30!
Breakfast: 2 eggs and turkey bacon
Lunch: Turkey Burger and green beans
Snack: Granny Smith Apple
Headed to the chiropractor at 3:30 for an adjustment and electrotherapy session.
Dinner: Chicken Breast with green beans
So apparently I fall into the kill all things/I just want to take a nap categories today. lol. I honestly have been in a fairly good mood other than wanting to throw the tub of frosting at DH that I see him eating throughout the day. So irritating! I did sleep a lot today but I think that is partly due to the heat outside and also the air conditioning has been running in the house for over two days so there is no fresh air in here.
Tomorrow it's supposed to be cooler so hoping to get out and maybe get in a bike ride with DH. I haven't been doing too much fitness but I know that when just starting whole 30 I hear it's supposed to be low intensity at first anyway.
I did get a chance to swim in the pool for 20 minutes this evening, it was fun!
