Went to my trainer weighed in at 302. Went to Tops in the afternoon and weighed in at 299. Last week I was 307 at Tops

Blew it in the evening after Tops. Had 2 veggie burgers no buns baked beans. Potato salad and Mac salad. 3 mar ber Rita's busy no walking. Just crazy day and HOT
