Review of Goals

I wasn't feeling particularly motivated this afternoon. I took a look at the goals I had listed. I added a few and deleted a few. It's time to get the timer out again. I need to be realistic about how much time I am spending on things. Cut down on the wasted time and spend more time doing what I need and want to do. Find one thing to do that's different at least once a week. Work on feeling better about myself. Find that motivation again.

    I am staying motivated to walk, actually miss it when I take a day off. Sticking with the healthy food too. The week or two that I made salad and always had a bowl in the fridge helped me to always have food and not get sidetracked.

So, wow, on the wool.....What are you going to make? I made a hat the other nite, finished another baby one and started a very pretty one, but the pattern didn't work out and I ran out of the colors, a vibrant varigated with lime, hot pink and yellow, then the rest I made with yellow.. I hate when I have to take something apart....

REad your motivational journal......I'm going to a Senior's Tea tomorrow with ukelele entertainment I think... after my walk of course. Then on Wed, I have my book club on the northside, so I better get reading those last 300 pages.... emoticon

    you have a good idea. I need to get a timer and time how long I actually do my work out. Keep moving forward and you can achieve anything.
