Review of Goals

I wasn't feeling particularly motivated this afternoon. I took a look at the goals I had listed. I added a few and deleted a few. It's time to get the timer out again. I need to be realistic about how much time I am spending on things. Cut down on the wasted time and spend more time doing what I need and want to do. Find one thing to do that's different at least once a week. Work on feeling better about myself. Find that motivation again.
