After my last blog...

Right after I pushed "Post Blog Entry", I gave up on myself.
I sat on my bed and fed my face full of tostadas - a usually healthy snack. Except, I had like 12. Somehow, I got the encouragement later to get out and go swimming. I did a workout provided by the pool and it was great! It totally kicked my butt! I haven't worked on sprinting since high school, about 5 years ago! Ugh, that was great! So happy I ended up going out!

    Keep up the good work and don't let your down moments keep you from your overall healthy path. Just got to remember that it's a lifestyle; therefore, though you might be good at it when it comes to this change it's a marathon, not a sprint! Keep your head up and congrats on getting out there and being active.

    You can do it...don't beat yourself up and realize it is for life not just a diet...

You will get there...never surrender..

Glad you got out and exercised..I am proud of you...
