TRIALS ARE FOR A REASON AND A SEASON

Friday, July 19, 2013

As most of you know I have had a lot of things going on in my life but it is all for a reason.
God makes no mistakes.
He has always been here for me.
I have had some other things going on since I wrote the blog on my swelling but won't go into that.
What I want to emoticon tell you is this.
A couple who does the majority of my grocery shopping for me always wants me to pray for them, especially the husband.
He told me yesterday that I inspire him because with all I go through I never give up.
So emoticon emoticon
We will never give up on life;
We will never give up on healthy life style;
We will never give up on ourselves.
For people are watching,
People are inspired,
People emoticon because we do.
I plan to take care of myself the best I can Spiritually and physically until the Lord calls me home or until He comes back for His bride.
We could give up on the world, the way it is going but God is our provider.
We need not worry. We need not fret,
We just rest in Him.
My life has drastically changed since my husband died but life goes on.
We don't look back, no reason to imagine what the future holds as we know not but we live each day as if it was our last.
God said in so many words we don't worry about tomorrow as we have enough to take care of today.
So just lean back in His arms and let him comfort you in whatever you are going through.

    It is true, we are to be a testimony of His faithfulness no matter what we go through. We can if we trust Him to lead us, guide us and give us strength as He says He will. All this you know so well! Hugs!!

    Keep on trusting ... keep on hoping ... keep on looking for God's blessings! His Love is so evident if we just keep our eyes open! You are safe in His Hands, my friend!

    Wise words, as usual. I feel the same way! I recently had an incident that is more irritating that "bad," but still made me very discouraged for a bit. Then, I re-evaluated and figured there is a reason for this situation. There is a lesson for me or for someone else, but there is a reason. The journey to acceptance and understanding that our Father is always with us sometimes is a long one.

It's very similar to weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. We must each find our own way in this journey, but if we keep an open mind and lean on others (and Him) we finally see the way.

Thanks for the blog!

    We will never give up on life; Because GOD will never give up on us!

...and when we fell alone and fell that GOD is not there during our frustrations and trials ...that is when he IS holding us in his loving and caring arms.

We love you Irene!
