My doctor said the numbers Sparkpeople is giving me are a little off. Here's what they should be:

BMR 1577
Daily calorie goal: 1200-1300

If I want to lose 1.5 lbs per week I need to burn an additional 3,311 calories per week, which is 473/day if I work out every day, or 662.2/day if I work out 5 days.
