My SparkCoach Action Step today was: "Blog about all the ways in which you've noticed improvements in your life since adopting healthier habits."
First of all, since I've been trying to eat healthfully, now when I give in to temptation to eat bad foods, they don't even satisfy me like they used to. I am now actually beginning to *prefer* to eat healthful foods over junk food!
Second, my sleep has improved a lot since I started SP, and especially the Official Better Sleep Challenge.
Third, now that exercise is becoming habitual, I am actually beginning to look forward to exercising! (Never thought I'd see *that* day!
Fourth, I am starting to have more energy in general.
Finally, I am feeling better about myself, and proud of my fitness progress.
