The scale keeps going up?
I exercised for 2 hours yesterday (and okay, I admit, I kind of ate a lot, but it was all healthy food, honest!), but this morning I weigh 2lbs more than the day before. How is this happening? Usually, I can understand small fluctuations, but this is NOT okay right now, especially when I have money on the line!
This morning was overcast, but it was already 80degrees by the time I got out of work, so I didn't go running. I think I'm going to go to the library this morning, then try to go swimming once I'm back. Maybe go jogging on the treadmill later... who knows. ugh.
Food wise, today will be immaculate.
