What is happening to me?

The scale keeps going up?

I exercised for 2 hours yesterday (and okay, I admit, I kind of ate a lot, but it was all healthy food, honest!), but this morning I weigh 2lbs more than the day before. How is this happening? Usually, I can understand small fluctuations, but this is NOT okay right now, especially when I have money on the line!

This morning was overcast, but it was already 80degrees by the time I got out of work, so I didn't go running. I think I'm going to go to the library this morning, then try to go swimming once I'm back. Maybe go jogging on the treadmill later... who knows. ugh.

Food wise, today will be immaculate.

Hang in there. On a weekly check up everything will even out and you should be down if you continue to exercise and eat well.

I don't know what you ate but there are some foods I eat that I know will add anywhere from 3 to 8 pounds (water) overnight for me and they all have to do with sodium. If I eat five olives or a few pickles (which I love), the next morning my hands will be so swollen I can barely close them. I don't know if your food was filled with sodium but that could be a reason. No matter what the cause, it's probably water weight and you will get rid of it quickly. I hope you are having a good abstinent day. emoticon
