Day 1: Weekend challenge, low carbing again

I'm trying a few days of lower carb to see if I can't jump start my weight loss. I have lots of good things to eat. I'm not at work. I can workout
when I want, I can eat
when I want, I can rest
when I want, and I won't have to put on a happy
face for people at work. Its an ideal situation.
I have Jillian Micheals to keep me company. I have Shiva Rea to relax me. I have Cathe to tell me to 'work work!'.

I started with an organic chicken sausage. It was really tasty and had enough salt in it. I will be allowing myself some lemon water or iced tea over the weekend (caffeine free). I won't be having fruit/starches.
Here is my weekend menu:
Ground beef, pork chops, beans, cheese
milk, organic whole
milk (not drinking gallons, just used in cooking.) plain whole milk
Coconut oil, butter, olive oil (liberally, no calorie restrictions).
I am just so ready to get this weight loss on the road.
