Cape Cod was AMAZING. I gained 2 lbs, but I'm ok with it. I actually did exercise the first day, but even at 7:30 am it was 80 degrees in the shade. I did my zombie training for the day (3 mile walk/jog), but decided to skip it the next few days.
When it comes to eating, I did ok. Obviously not great, given the weight gain. It's hard to balance the "intuitive eating" with "not wanting to waste food."
