So I have dropped almost completely off the exercise wagon! But I am not off yet! So my Go do for this upcoming week is to exercise at least three times this week!
I have done pretty good with my food and will continue with those habits but my nutrition Go Do is to have a homemade juice daily
I have been meditating the past couple of days, which helps me, so my spiritual Go Do is to continue daily meditation and also to attend church this Sunday.
Nothing elaborate in my go Dos - because I know how discouraging it is to not get them done! Mine are definitely achievable!
