This is on the menu today.
Arms, back and chest. I'll admit I've never used that cable cross machine, nervous around new stuff. Used the workout generator to make me something new. I'll do my 5K your way workout on the treadmill as a warm up then hit the weights, then stroll for a bit to cool down. I don't know if the gym has wifi so I put the workout list in my iPod notes and I can get the demos from the spark people app. I can track right from the demo and it should sync up when I get the iPod home and back on the home wifi system.
