So I printed a work out from the generator

This is on the menu today.

Arms, back and chest. I'll admit I've never used that cable cross machine, nervous around new stuff. Used the workout generator to make me something new. I'll do my 5K your way workout on the treadmill as a warm up then hit the weights, then stroll for a bit to cool down. I don't know if the gym has wifi so I put the workout list in my iPod notes and I can get the demos from the spark people app. I can track right from the demo and it should sync up when I get the iPod home and back on the home wifi system.

    That's a heck of a set -- lots of exercises in there to burn your muscles good.

Good luck -- remember, if you don't like a certain machine, you can always find an alternate exercise to substitute -- I hate Tricep kickbacks, so I usually use a tricep pull down, an overhead tricep extention or dips in place of it. So try the cablecross, but if you don't like it, no sweat, just hit another exercise.
