That's how many calories I have to burn today to reach my weekly goal of 4200. I haven't met it since I set it. Good intensions......bahaha.

Today I plan to meet it, although I must admit right now I am in the "fake it till you make it mode."

Just trying to get up enough steam this morning to do it.

Today's weigh in 314. Am at -100 (AGAIN). Probably like the 7th or 8th time I've hit it, to just float back out to sea for a time, until I rev up and do it all over again.

Yesterday I found inspiration from another sparker. I keep trying to think of snowballs but right now it's sort of difficult, maybe when my arthritis pain reliever kicks in? :)

Long evening at work tonight, even longer day tomorrow. That always brings me down. I really envy those of you that have jobs you love to go to.

Have to start getting my game face on, start thinking about that 713 and snowballs and MAYBE hitting twosville soon...WOO HOO!

    emoticon Yesterday you helped me. I read you blog about the snowballs. Yesterday evening I got on my emoticon . I had been dreading getting on it all day. I usually go for at least 30 minutes. I remembered what you blogged about the 15 min at the 3 incline and how this added to your snowball. Well, I did extra time on the tm and I bumped up my incline. I am going to add to my snowball. Too me, this is what this site is about. Strangers helping one another in their quest for better health. Today, another blogger had something on her blog that really hit home for me.
