I crack the knuckles in both my hands and feet. Lately I've noticed it's become more frequent. It's also the thing that my BF finds (probably) most annoying about me. For both of those reasons, I'm trying to cut back. I find it very difficult! Sometimes I want to do it because of the release it gives me. Other times, I do it so unconsciously that I don't realize it until I hear that familiar "pop-pop"!
Do you have any strategies for reducing my knuckle-cracking habit?
