List YOUR reasons/excuses on why YOUR diets and exercise plans have not been well executed in the past. OK that might be too long a list, so give 3 or 4 reasons and for each write a strategy that will keep you on track for 8 weeks. Let's learn from our past behaviors and make this our best Challenge ever!
0 Health. Sometimes the fibro keeps me in bed for days.
- stretch; smoothies
o Boredom. I live out in the boonies.
- attend weekly church services/classes/get-togethers
- learn a new skill
- need to get another check in with doc to reformulate a plan to conquer the pain that wakens me several times a night
0 Heat. I just can't function well when it's hot
- exercise earlier in the day; stretch at night or yoga
