Did...kind of okay today.

Okay, I started my day WITHOUT a nutritious and healthy breakfast. Went to take care of my sweet 90 yr old man. Got some exercise in there too, because he sent me up and down the steps half a million times for each thing he forgot to take with him. Took him out to K-mart, he got a belt (apparently the 4 we bought AND tried on last week at Wal-mart were "too damn big"), I got my shoes for nursing school, stopped in Giant Eagle, while he sat outside on the bench pestering two teenage girls about what turns them on, I got him cat food (canned and dried), and teeny paper plates for the cat to eat off of (why not just buy the plastic bowls?), got Trinity some Plum Organics fruit/vegetable pouches and some Apple Carrot juice (she absolutely refuses to eat her vegetables unless it is sweet potato fries and the only fruit she will eat is bananas, so this is my way of working around that), then took him to McDonald's, he got his usual, I got (first meal of the day at 3pm? boy, I really didn't do too good today.) caesar salad with grilled chicken and low-fat balsamic dressing and a... shhh... large chocolate chip frappe. Then swung by Wal-mart to return his belts, gahh, and I picked out a "skinny" outfit. Actually it was just the next size down, but I think I am going to buy another one for each time I lose a size, and that will be my reward. Picked up kid, went home, fed HER dinner, I ate only the other half of her banana, cleaned up while she was eating. Had a late visitor ( I was hoping for Publisher's Clearing House, but it wasn't them), put Trinity to bed late, then FINALLY, at 10pm I sat down for dinner. But.. I wasn't really hungry....or feeling like cooking. Ate a hard boiled egg, some leftover chicken, and corn chex w/ soy milk. Still came in -200 on the calories. I am so sick of eating, I am not going to make them up today. Just going to write this blog, and hit the hay. (Did you notice that I am a rap star on those last two sentences, teehee.)
