I'm busy on the Chat Thread culling for TNT reports and running off to SparkPages to read my teammate's TNT blogs then back to the Chat Thread to comment on those blogs. . .log out and realize I totally FORGOT to blog myself!

Today's workout was three-fold - some 'social' exercise, my planned Thursday workout and the scheduled TNT workout.

After a couple hours of bowling and socializing. . .fun times and decent scores. . .lunched with DH, had my hair done and headed to the gym for 30 mins on the Treadmill and 30 mins working my abs, triceps and glutes.

DH wound up out for the evening (our original schedule which was in flux all day long) so I headed upstairs after dinner and fit in my TNT workout:
10 mins Warm-up
Lower Body:
2 sets Bridges
2 sets Calf Raises
2 sets Forward Lunges
2 sets Lateral Lunges
2 sets Lying Abductions
2 sets Back Extensions
2 sets Bridge Ups
2 sets Crunches
2 sets Hip Flexors
2 sets Modified Plank
Upper Body:
2 sets Wall Pushups
2 sets Dumbbell Shoulder Press
2 sets Triceps Dips
2 sets Dumbbell Rows
2 sets Dumbbell Curls
10 mins Stretching

It was a great workout if a little tiring - I'll def sleep well tonight 8-)

I pushed a bit harder to be sure I earned all 40 of the possible TNT points - and, now, I'm writing my blog for the 60 bonus points!
