So it's after 9:30 p.m. and I just finished my workout. I wasted some time when I got home ... it's just so hot outside and I had to recover for a bit.
And then -- this is gross -- for some reason I have houseflies that just sort of appeared out of nowhere this week. So I spent some time swatting them and then looking online for some stronger way of eliminating them. I haven't found anything yet. I keep thinking of "The Amityville Horror"! I don't know if I have a dead mouse or something somewhere. I can't smell anything, and have never seen any creatures in my house that aren't meant to be here. Anyway, that's the end of my tangent.
My workout tonight was an 18 minute Tank Top Arms video by Jessica Smith on her YouTube channel. www.youtube.com/watch?v=
I used 8 lb and 5 lb weights and stepped down to the lower weight at the same time Jessica did. This was a tough arm workout (I thought) and also was a core workout. So for the TNT I'm going to give myself points for upper body and core.

which is 33 minutes.
Now, I'm ready to relax a while and head to bed.
