You can do it! Plateaus are so discouraging. I like your idea of changing up your workout routine. Also, you can try making sure you are drinking enough water and fill up on fruits and veggies.
Just do not give up. In the 1950's our TV stations would run a "test pattern" and say this is a test it is only a test. When I hit those plateaus I tell myself...this is a test it is only a test to see if I will keep on doing what I need to do to be healthier...LOL The low carb has seemed to help me when I hit those times. 1071 days ago
