Thursday:So so day

Today was a so so day.
I had a few things going on that kept me from exercising. I did march in place while listening to my webinar so I'm giving myself points for that.

Food-wise I was ok.

Tomorrow is a new day and I will do better!

    Well it's good that you fit some exercise in, even if it's not exactly what you'd planned. Sometimes just incorporating a bit of exercise in place is enough to keep it a habit.

    every little bit helps, emoticon of fitting marching in place! i try take stairs when i can to be creative of making myself to be more active.
