I worked out hard today. We were doing sets of five with the river and five against the river. It was very hard. All together we did 50 against the river and 60 with the river. My legs are feeling it. I think that it is building strength and working cardio. I have signed up to do the Out of the Darkness walk here. It is a walk to help families who are dealing with a death from suicide. This is a cause very close to my heart. I am walking on team Froto which is a friends team in honor of her son. The walk is only a mile to a mile and a half. For me that seems like a thousand. So I am in training with a goal in mind. The walk is in October so I have time to get moving and build up to that mile. I can do this!
