FitBit purchased.

So I've been thinking about getting a FitBit for a few days, and what with the crazy hot weather this week and lack of AC in the hotel gym impacting my workouts, and three nights of the worst sleep in ages, I caved and bought one today.

I'm hoping it will help remind me to keep moving, even when it is 100 degrees outside, and give me some clues into why I don't feel rested when I wake up. I'll start playing with it over the weekend, but any sparkers who have a FitBit and have any tips or advice, all input welcome!
