On Saturday 14th, I did two things. I weighed myself and gained and my blood sugar was 144 post 2 hours. The following 2 nights at work I had visited the vending machine one time too, much. I was, so tired that I was eating to stay awake. I had once again slacked on my nutrition and that is why the scale reflected that number. Okay, I own up to what I did without any excuses. However, in the mist of sparking I stubble on a fitness meet up group. This way I can start exercising with others and not alone. Well, our first workout session was with a young lady who is in The Guinness Book World Records Oldest Female Bodybuilder, Mrs. Ernestine Shepherd. I exercise 1 hour in a group class session. Then a few of us had a 1 hour strength training session with her on gym equipment. Let me tell you at 77 years young, her body is build like some 20 year old. I was inspired on Wednesday working out with her. I think with all these things I was dealing with and meeting her, it was the missing pieces to my puzzle to get me back on track. I'm looking forward to working out with her another 2 hours next week. My blood sugar has been normal and under a 100. I will weigh in again near the end of the month. Keep it moving! To keep on losing!
