I've been kicking around the same 95 lb weight loss now for the past 7 months. I was so strict with myself with food and exercise that I haven't been enjoying the journey as much as I had in the past.
Well I've gone back on the Spark People diet and have followed it word for word, and I've lost 3 lbs in the past two weeks!! It turns out that I was being too strict. I've gone back to eating some chicken and some fish and not just veggies alone. I'm actually eating some sherbet now and enjoying life a little bit more. I'm still measuring and documenting everything, and still working out at least every other day. Its all coming together again. THANK GOD!!
