I had that workshop today on being a volunteer Arthritis Presenter. They are putting on a special workshop in Moncton on Aug. 23-25 and that would be all expense paid, but the commitment would be to drive there, probably 8 hr. drive or more, and then you have to promise to put on 2 workshops in a year as payback.... gonna keep it in mind though.. my old pastor and his wife live there.... should try to get in touch with them, and that would convince me even more... I shared with them about my using water bottles for weights as I walk....did I mention that I am using 1.5 lb. this week, and when I am used to that, I will fill the full litre or 2 lb....

Tonite Dh and his mother wanted to go to A&W, so I said I would pick up Buddy and we walked 2 laps around the duck pond while they ate, and I had walked an hour this am before we left too. When I got home, I nuked 2 of those spicy apple turkey burgers I made the other week, and could only eat 1... and a corn on the cob and a tomato. I treated myself to an Iced Cap at Tim Horton's.... supposed to be 220 cal... but then I saw it listed as 330 too, I wonder? Either way, I a still good calorie-wise, but at $3 a pop, won't be doing that very regularly...

I posted my food and I am almost right on for all my nutrients today, and I check a lot of them. My nitetime snack will be 1/3 cup bran buds and a yogurt....

    to see you really are committed to yourself by going for a walk while others ate the foods that you have made off limits for yourself! Bravo!

And you only ate one of the 2 patties you cooked up for yourself! you are doing so well! Keep it up!
