Well the good news is that my birthday celebrations did not cause me to gain any weight! The bad news is that I have totally gotten out of my routine of keeping up with my goals. Man it is so easy to get out of the habit and so hard to get back into a habit you're out of. At least when it comes to exercising, not so much when it comes to bad habits... But I was very glad that I didn't see a big blip on the scale because that would have made me really discouraged. Seeing that I haven't actually lost any ground with the scale does make me more motivated to pick up my exercising again and continue to make more progress.
