I'm feeling GOOD. Things are not progressing FAST. I'm okay with that. Slow and steady is what wins this race, in my opinion, so I will just do what the right thing is!

I am now down 40! I can't believe it. Weighing myself was so challenging!!! I'm someone who gets easily discouraged at the #, and when I was walking to the scale, I kept telling myself, "It's okay, don't worry..." and much more. I nearly jumped for joy when I saw the number. Sure, It might need to come down more (yes, it does) but it is progress!!!

Plus, I don't think that I have ever lost this much weight. I might have needed to on occasion, but I don't think I ever decided to make a change and to keep going with it.

I'm just so thrilled. I'm glad that I am really making progress and LEARNING about health and nutrition. Not just trying to cut enough calories until I lose weight, but to learn to lose the RIGHT way!!!

I'm so thankful for all my sparkers who motivate me, there are so many of you.

I totally know how you feel! But learning about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle has made the scale my friend again! It seems to have good news for me each week, and you too! emoticon

Way to go! Yes, slow and steady wins the race! Plus, if you lose the weight over time, the more likely you're gonna keep it off! 2 weeks down and now you're ready to move on to week 3 of T25! Keep up the fantastic work!

Way to go!! I can't imagine what it feels like to have achieved 40 lbs lost!! Great job and keep up the hard work.

Out of curiosity, how often to you weigh in? I get bummed out about the number too so I'm trying to weigh myself in a lot less. Is that what you do? Does it work?
