Breakfast: baby carrots and an apple
Work: Scheduled 5-10:30 but they sent me home at 9
Lunch: Turkey Burger and Cauliflower
Dinner: tilapia, cauliflower, salad with 1/2 avocado, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 cucumber, a couple tiny pieces of pepper to try from the garden
Dinner was good but after I had the salad and the cauliflower I couldn't eat much of my tilapia. When I tried to force it to get enough calories I gagged myself...opps.
I think part of that has to do with how foods are tasting different now than they were before.
Snack: guacamole and baby carrots [instead of the chips :)]
NSV: This morning when I put on my belt I used the next set of holes!!
I always seem to have a hard time waking up but once I was up this morning I felt great! I was even jamming out to the music in the car at 4:30 this morning!
Came home from work and for lack of motivation I took a couple hour nap. It felt really good to rest. DH made lunch and woke me up when it was ready. At least he can be sweet sometimes...lol!
Not much planned for today, just figuring out what needs to be done this weekend while on my staycation.
