holding on to things

I have a lot of things I am holding on to. I don't mean just belongs. But the fears and the hurts of the past. I have accomplished one fear and that was the steps in my house. yesterday I accomplished another. I finally parted ways with my van. I haven't drove my van since 2003, I kept it around because getting rid of it meant to me anyways that I would never drive again. To any one else this seems odd but to me it is a baby step to getting healthy.

In the last few days I have started writing a list of all my fears. My goal is to accomplish what I can. emoticon

    Once again I must tell you how proud I am of your accomplishment. It doesn't matter what it is to others it matters what it is to you. I think baby steps are the only way to make lasting changes.
