I did it again!

Yup, I got on the scales a day early, just calls my name every morning! But, I was happy to see I've undone half of the bit I gained while I was a wee bit outta control. I won't expect to be exactly back to where I was for tomorrows weigh in, but know it's just around the corner. The next weigh in should rock! Today was our office lunch rotation. On the menu, split pea soup and French bread. I kept my portion to a cup and had a slice of bread then checked the tracker. Yowzer is French bread high, 175 cals for a medium slice! Overall though it was all in moderation which is all part of my learning to eat healthy.
