90 Day NutriBlast starts tomorrow!

Well, I was going to keep doing the pre-trial nutriblast, like I have been doing this week, until August 1st, and then start the more strict juice fast then, but I've already found it to be so satisfying, and easy to deal with, that I'm going to go ahead and start the 90 days tomorrow. (the end of my first pre-trial week)
emoticon I'll be more excited about next week's weigh-in, since I won't be on my 'time of month'. But I'm still pretty eager to see what tomorrow's weigh-in will be. I'll just keep it in mind that my TOM really effects my weightloss, so I'm not disappointed & give up. I've been pretty good this week, but juicing, and eating meals, may be more calories than I'm aware of. So not so sure how it will show on the scale. It's got to be better than how I was before! The most important thing, is how much better I truly feel.
emoticon So I decided to keep the 1 egg with my breakfast blast, & the portion of meat/fish with my dinner blast, and see how that works for the first month. If the weight loss isn't as much as I would like, then I will change it over to a full nutria-blast fast for the last 60 days.
emoticon I once read a book, a while back, of a trainer of Olympic athletes, and she made sure that she always had them drink a cup of hot chocolate, every night before bed. I forgot what her exact reasons were, but I think it was because it is a perfectly balanced drink. I put that in my diet once before, back when I was doing weight-watchers, and it worked really well. I lost over 30 pounds in less than 2 months. And even though I've never been a big fan of hot chocolate, I became accustomed to it and actually looked forward to it each night. So I've decided to put that into this plan too, except make it with almond milk & a square of dark chocolate, since for now, I am staying away from dairy. (no added sugar)

emoticon Since my 90 days start tomorrow, I'm going to go ahead and start walking on my treadmill tomorrow, instead of waiting until Monday. I'm going to start with 15 min each time, until I feel my thighs are stronger.
emoticon Weight training builds the muscles, and muscles increase the metabolism, so I'm going to try to incorporate that into my program on Tues & Thurs.
emoticon emoticon emoticon I wish I started this in January, because my 90 days is going to end right at the kick-off of the holidays... Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas. But I think I can stay on a good plan, without feeling deprived. I'm just going to have to use these 90 days to really make a plan. Some people say "dress for success"... and say "plan for it!".
