I now have Daciana Sue (who is now 9 months old) to help me get up and get out of the house. Because of her (my Porky Princess; 1/2 Pug 1/2 Yorkie = Porky), I am getting out and walking everyday.
So far, it has been a daily morning walk of almost a mile taking about 15-20 minutes.
Next week (or maybe this weekend), I want to start incorporating an evening walk (same path, same distance) into the mix.
I also need to start incorporating some good core workouts in.... when I have time.
As soon as it cools down, I plan to begin my lunchtime walk again.
Beginning weight (at last doc appt): 230
Goal weight: 180
(I'd be happy to just get under 200 for now, to be honest)
