Today is day two of my journey to better health. I joined Sparkpeople two years ago, but did not stick with it very long, neither did I stick with my healthy lifestyle.
What will I do differently this time to make sure I don't fall into the same patterns as before?
1. Put myself out there. I made a Sparkpage. I have it show all my trackers to help keep me accountable. If I know it will be out there on the interwebs for all to see, it will help keep me in check.
2. Getting connected. I introduced myself to my Team. I plan to be active on the boards to get, and give, encouragement.
3. Make a small change that I can stick to for a week. Once that change has set, make a new change.
4. Read. There are lots of blogs, articles, and messages to read for ideas, tips, etc. Knowing is half the battle!
