Wednesday, 07/17: VBS with 3rd grade (music and rec)
Thursday, 07/18: TNT, Fitness test
Friday, 07/19: Walk Away the Pounds DVD (a short one, probably)
Saturday, 07/20: Zumba in the AM; try out new gym?
Sunday, 07/21: REST (if I don't like the new gym)
Monday, 07/22: Apt complex gym, treadmill, 45 mins
Tuesday, 07/23: LCW (day off work!!)

    That's a great plan! But I must agree with you about "liking" a gym. I go to our Anytime Fitness. I do like it but some times it could be a bit cleaner!! emoticon emoticon

    I'm specifically looking for one with a good lap pool. I've heard mixed reviews about the LA Fitness near my house, so I'm going to try that one and maybe Lifetime Fitness.
